Minaean SP Construction Corp. Reports An Alleged Claim
Vancouver, BC, Canada – February 8, 2023 – Minaean SP Construction Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange: MSP; Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges: NJA) (“Minaean” or the “Company”) would like to inform that it was named as a defendant in Notice of Civil Claim filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia on January 24, 2023. In Minaean’s view, this claim lacks merit, and Minaean will fully defend itself.
Danny D. Davis alleges that Minaean Power Structures (U.S.A.), Inc. owes him money as a result of a January 24, 2011 judgment in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Lane County. Mr. Davis is seeking judgment in the amount of $4,118,435.89 USD inclusive of all costs and interest from Minaean SP Construction Corp.
Mr. Davis has no enforceable judgement against Minaean SP Construction Corp., and Minaean Power Structures (U.S.A.) is not a going concern.
Minaean will continue to disclose any significant developments in relation to this Notice of Civil Claim.
