Minaean SP Construction Corp. Announces Change of Director
Vancouver, BC – Monday, December 4, 2017 – Minaean SP Construction Corp. (TSXV – MSP) (the “Company” or “Minaean”) announces the appointment of Mr. Subramanya Iyer Kuppuswamy as a Director of the Company. Mr. Kuppuswamy is presently serving as an Advisor – Group Finance & Special Projects and Director in various Companies of Shapoorji Pallonji Group, besides heading the Group’s Africa Business Centre (“ABC”).
Under the leadership of Mr. Kuppuswamy, ABC has been credited with the success of Shapoorji Pallonji Group being awarded with contracts exceeding One Billion US Dollars over the last three years in African countries ranging from railway contract in Ghana to traffic management of Lusaka City, Zambia. Mr. Kuppuswamy has laid out aggressive targets in developing new contracts for his teams in Africa, Latin America, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam (the CLMV countries) in the coming years in which Minaean will play a major role as a Canadian affiliate of the group.
The Company also announces that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Jai Mavani as director of the Company. The Company extends its gratitude and wishes to thank Mr. Mavani for serving as a Director for the last two years.
