STEEL FRAMING Steel framing is constructed in a controlled environment and therefore ensures consistent quality and maximum load bearing capabilities.  Steel will not expand and contract with moisture changes as will wood.  Builders can be assured of square and even walls every time.
LOAD-BEARING WALLS Load-bearing walls are made of galvanized steel studs with  pre-punched knock outs for easy installation of electrical hardware. Our walls are panelized in the prefabrication warehouse to obtain maximum pre-load conditions. They are ready and easy to assemble on-site. Their implementation can reduce considerably construction time and costs.
METAL ROOF TRUSSES Metal trusses are about 40% lighter than wood, and have the ability to span greater distances.  The increased strength allows for greater design flexibility.
STEEL SHEAR WALLS Steel shear walls are utilized where a major structural support is needed.  They are much lighter than traditional concrete walls and therefore there is less weight carried by columns and foundations.  Steel shear walls are efficient and practical to use where concrete may not be the economical solution.
